Trutone has recently opened a lavish, new, state of the art mastering complex at the historic site of the famous Record Plant Studios where the legendary John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Simon and Garfunkel, Bruce Springsteen, Miles Davis, made music history.
In additional to the installation of vinyl cutting lathes in both labs, Audiophile purists are ecstatic to discover Ampex ATR-102 and Studer A-80 open reel recorders for analog playback, as well as a complete array of classic analog tube gear such as Pultec and Sontec equalizers, Fairchild limiters-compressors and Prism and Manley equalizers and compressors. Rich warm nuances and overall spectrum balance is dramatically enhanced when our skilled engineers apply their expertise utilizing these incomparable devices.
To bridge technologies and create a harmony of past and present, digital diehards are equally impressed with our Weiss BW-102 main frame with equalizer, compressor and de-esser, our Weiss EQ-1 digital equalizer as well as our Sonic Studio digital work stations complete with No Noise modules.
As impressive as our equipment roster, are our engineer's credentials. At Trutone you can work with mastering pros who have combinely mastered hundreds of thousands of hit releases encompassing Dance, Rap, Hip Hop, Rock, Techno, Drum and Bass, Jazz, Classical, Latin, Reggaeton and Reggae for 3 decades!
Let us help you take your project to the next level! In conjunction with a CD or vinyl replication package, our mastering rates are very affordable. Sessions are available attended or unattended. A complimentary evaluation of your mix and a mastering estimate is available upon request.
